The decoration of Le Terrazze was absolutely delightful, with a touch of seaside chic. The hotel's general areas had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect place for senior people to relax and enjoy their vacation. The accessibility of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to all areas and amenities. The staff at Le Terrazze were extremely helpful and considerate, always ready to assist and ensure that our stay was comfortable.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the staff could provide a bit more assistance for those needing extra support. Although the children working there were friendly, there were times when a little extra help would have been appreciated.

The elegant apartments at Le Terrazze are simply amazing! With separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette, it felt like a home away from home. As a vegetarian/vegan, having a kitchen to prepare my own meals was a real bonus. The private terrace with sea views was the cherry on top!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my subjective opinion and others may still find it useful.

Free bikes were a blast, I biked like a pro! The rooftop terrace made me feel like a glamorous celebrity. They even offer dry cleaning, so I didn't have to lift a finger!

Stayed in the underground apartment, felt like I was living in a luxury bunker.

Each room was large and well-appointed, making us feel like we were staying in someone's home. the hosts were friendly, educated, and helpful, adding to our overall positive experience. the location was perfect, with easy access to the castle, main shopping area, and restaurants.

We also appreciated the fact that bicycles were provided to use. the location was great, just a short walk away from the old town and the beach. There were also stores nearby for convenience.

One thing we didn't like about the apartment was that it had no view and the balcony was small with a view of the neighboring wall. We were also disappointed to find that the one-bedroom apartments were located on the lower level, which made them lack natural light and sunshine.

I always stay at this place in Otranto. Staff helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. Free Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning. Has all I need. Coming back for holiday.

It was so comforting to have a safe and comfortable environment to enjoy during my vacation.

If I had one small request for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be for the staff to provide clearer signage throughout the hotel. Sometimes, it was a little confusing finding my way around, and I would have appreciated more visible directions.
